As I am typing this list I see there are like a million others out there I have never heard of, so I will stop at this but keep that in mind. The dude I spoke with today said it's important to have an "on-line presence". His name was Aaron Friedman - and does SEO at a Social Media and Marketing/Advertising Agency in Chicago called http://www.zocalo.com/.
Tomorrow:
1) I hope to sign up to twitter and maybe a few others.
2) Meet with the owner and brainchild of the ever famous http://www.onlysimchas.com/ to get some tips.
3) Update my LinkedIN profile description
4) Find a group on http://www.meetup.com/ to network in person with people in this area of interest.
